Legal and Family Support

Finding your way through "the system" can be tricky and there are many details, including legal issues, surrounding a loved one with a disability. Issues such as securing the appropriate federal and state assistance and establishing legal guardianship are complex and may require expert assistance. Coarc's Legal and Family Support Department can provide guidance and assistance in these areas as well as many others through the resources of an attorney and social worker who has devoted his career to understanding these complicated systems.

Services are available to any individual with a disability in the community. Social work and legal services include the following:
